What SepticLookup is

SepticLookup is an independent online directory of septic service companies. Our purpose is to help the public find septic service providers. We are not a septic service company and we do not perform septic work.

No endorsement or guarantee

Listings on SepticLookup are provided for informational purposes only. We do not endorse, recommend, guarantee, or vouch for any company listed, and a listing is not a certification of quality, licensing, insurance, or fitness for any purpose.

Before hiring any company you find here, you are responsible for independently verifying its licensing, insurance, credentials, reviews, and suitability. Any dealings, contracts, or disputes between you and a listed company are solely between you and that company. SepticLookup is not a party to them and is not responsible for them.

Accuracy of information

Listing information is often provided by the businesses themselves or compiled from public sources, and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. If you believe a listing is wrong, contact us through the listing application page.

Listings and removal

Businesses may apply to be listed through our application form. We review submissions before publishing and may decline, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion. A listed business may request correction or removal of its listing at any time by contacting us through the same page.

Reviews and User Content

Submitting reviews. You may submit reviews of companies listed in the directory. By submitting a review, you confirm that it reflects your genuine, firsthand experience, that the information is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are not affiliated with the company being reviewed or its competitors in a way that biases the review.

What's not allowed. Reviews must not contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements; personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or obscenity; private or personal information about any individual; promotional content, spam, or links; or content that isn't based on a real experience with the company.

Our moderation. We review submissions before they are published and may decline, edit for policy compliance, or remove any review at our discretion — for example, reviews that appear fake, abusive, or in violation of these guidelines. We apply these standards consistently to positive and negative reviews alike. Approval of a review does not mean we have verified its accuracy.

Reviews are opinions of their authors. Reviews reflect the personal opinions and experiences of the individuals who submit them. They are not the opinions of SepticLookup, and we do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any review. We are not responsible or liable for the content of reviews submitted by users. Any dispute about a review is between the reviewer and the company.

Responding to and disputing reviews. A listed company may respond to reviews about it, and may contact us at agustina.coccia@paretotalent.com to dispute a review it believes violates these guidelines. We will consider such requests in good faith, but we are not obligated to remove a review solely because a company disagrees with it.

License to display. By submitting a review, you grant SepticLookup a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, distribute, and use that review in connection with the directory.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: scrape or harvest data at scale, submit false or misleading information, interfere with the Site's operation, or use listing information for unlawful purposes (including unsolicited bulk contact in violation of applicable law).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SepticLookup and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any listing, or your dealings with any listed company. The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
